Fokker Services, a Stork Aerospace company, is buying AIRINC
Fokker Services, a Stork Aerospace company, is buying AIRINC, a component repair and overhaul shop in Fairhope, Ala., from AeroMark Group. AIRINC hopes to have about $10 million in sales this year. Fokker didn't release the terms of the transaction.
