Fogleman: Weapons in space may be sooner than most think

Fogleman said he agrees with a recently released Space Commission report that the U.S. is going to see conflicts in space, and predicted directed energy weapons that could be used in such conflicts "will be the centerpiece of the U.S. arsenal by 2020."...
