Flying Colours Expands In Asia

Flying Colours Corp. is expanding in the Asian region to support expected growth in demand for interior repairs and refurbishments and align with the growth of Bombardier Business Aircraft Service Center at Seletar Airport. Flying Colours is recruiting employees, acquiring equipment and adjusting its workflow layout to triple its capacity. It plans to double its workforce by summer 2021. It will add an exterior paint shop, a second sanding booth and an additional polishing room to complement its three large spray booths. An upholstery section will move to a larger area and space will be added for additional storage of soft goods and other components. The new facility will be able to handle multiple cabin refurbishments at the same time, the company says. In 2019, Flying Colours and Bombardier renewed a five-year agreement under which Flying Colours will continue to provide interior services at Bombardier’s Singapore facility.
