FAA finds errors in two altitude warning systems

Two of 193 Minimum Safe Altitude Warning (MSAW) systems in the U.S. tested by the FAA in the wake of the crash of a Korean Air 747 on Guam were not working properly and have been fixed, the agency said. MSAWs at Fayetteville, N.C., and Florence, S.C., were recertified, as were the other 191 systems...
