Eugene Hahn and Ken Hobby
Eugene Hahn has become Portland, Ore.-based vice president-maintenance and engineering for Horizon Air. He held a similar position for Allegheny Airlines, Middletown, Pa. Hahn succeeds Ken Hobby, who has retired.
