Ecuador's Icaro Going International
Ecuador's domestic airline Icaro will launch international service with three weekly frequencies from Quito to Cali, and three to Medellin, using 69-passenger Fokker 28s. Plans call for extending these routes to Cartagena, Colombia's renowned fortified resort city on the Caribbean.
