DOT granted Northwest allocation, for two years, of one weekly U.S.-Philippines roundtrip Route 2 frequency, for all-cargo service. The carrier plans to reinstate its second weekly all-cargo flight in the U.S.-Manila market, DOT noted. (Docket OST-01-8922)
