DOT issued an order Tuesday terminating its show cause proceeding against Japan Airlines and Nippon Air Cargo Airlines. "In view of the Japanese approval of Federal Express's schedules, the purposes of the show cause proceeding have been achieved," the department said. (Docket 50508&OST- 95-216)
