Delta Ceo Leo Mullin Calls For Making FAA A Separate Entity To Give Improvements

Leo Mullin, Delta CEO, believes there is no alternative than to separate the FAA from the rest of government or else improvements will not have teeth. "It must go off-budget, and air traffic control must operate for and be responsive to its customers," he told The DAILY. "There is no other way."
