At 10:05 UT on Nov 13, Philae tweeted: "Now that I’m safely on the ground, here is what my new home #67P looks like from where I am."
At 15:50 UT on Nov 13, Philae tweeted: "The view is absolutely breathtaking ESA_Rosetta! Unlike anything I've ever seen"
Philae announced its new address on Twitter in multiple languages.
The ROLIS instrument on Philae captured this image of comet 67P during descent at 14:38:41 UT on Nov 12 from a distance of approx. 3 km from the surface.
Philae took this parting shot of its mothership shortly after separation on Nov 12. It captures one of Rosetta's 14 meter-long solar arrays. Rosetta tweeted: "Philae's first postcard just after separation – it’s of me!"
Rosetta captured and tweeted this parting shot of Philae after separation at 09:03 UT on Nov 12. Philae responded: "It’s me… landing on a comet & feeling good!"
It's me! This "selfie" of Rosetta, with the comet in the background, was taken on Oct 7 using the CIVA camera on Philae, at a distance of 16km from the surface of the comet.

<p>Using a medium that didn&#39;t even exist when Rosetta, carrying the Philae lander, set off on its 6.4 billion kilometre journey 10 years ago, the European Space Agency took to Twitter to provide humans on Earth an almost real-time glimpse of the first probe landing on a comet.</p>
