Thailand has quietly signed an MOU with Israel's Rafael that will see the potential manufacturing and assembly of Rafael's Spike anti-tank missiles in Thailand.

The 250-lb. Munition — also known as Small Diameter Bomb Increment II (SDB-II) — reached the early operational capability milestone with the Navy in October.
