Indian Air Force Arrives For Exercise Indradhanush

The Indian Air Force has arrived in the U.K. to take part in Exercise Indradhanush (Rainbow), a bilateral air and ground exercise which will see Indian Sukhoi Su-30s pitted against and working together with their Royal Air Force counterparts flying the Eurofighter Typhoon.
Four Su-30MKIs are currently operating from RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire supported by an Ilyushin Il-76 tanker operating from RAF Brize Norton.
Aviation Week was fortunate to be on a RAF A330 Voyager tanker when these Su-30s formated for the camera on Friday, July 24.
Expect more coverage of Exercise Indradhanush in the next few days.
