NASA emerged from the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee’s July 13 markup for the Commerce, Justice, Science and Related Agencies (CJS) spending with $25 billion for fiscal 2024. That is $2.18 billion, or 8%, less than requested by the White House in March and $384 million less than the space...
