INDIA formalized acquisition of 56 C295s from Airbus to replace legacy AVRO fleet; first 16 aircraft will be delivered from Seville, Spain, and the subsequent 40 aircraft will be manufactured and assembled by TATA ADVANCED SYSTEMS (TASL).
