DAVID SCOTT ORNER
Was named director for CIT Aerospace's Aerospace and Defense Finance Group. Orner will be based in New York and will be responsible for originations, North America-East. He previously was vice president at ING Capital LLC and also has held positions at CIBC World Markets and KPMG.
