Chorus Aviation said Dec. 20 it will establish a new regional aircraft leasing subsidiary, Chorus Aviation Capital. Halifax, Nova Scotia-based Chorus has entered into an agreement with Fairfax Financial Holdings for 200 million Canadian dollars ($150 million) in debenture financing.

Bombardier Commercial Aircraft has delivered its first CRJ200 Special Freighter to Gulf & Caribbean Cargo, its launch customer. The company does business as IFL Group in Waterford, Michigan.
