SOUTHWEST AIRLINES announced next phase in its Board transformation, which includes voluntary retirement of Executive Chairman Gary Kelly following 2025 Annual Meeting and elimination of executive committee structure to create Finance Committee to oversee financial/operational/business plans and strategies, major transactions, capital structure and capital allocation priorities.
