UNIVERSAL HYDROGEN, Los Angeles was forced to shut down and liquidate after failing to raise additional funding to continue development of a hydrogen-fuel cell propulsion and related fuel logistics system targeted for regional airliners.
XTI AEROSPACE signed agreement with FC Imperial for a proposed strategic equity investment for shares of convertible preferred stock of up to $55m at a post-money valuation of $275m to accelerate development of TriFan 600.
BOEING agreed to acquire SPIRIT AEROSYSTEMS in all-stock transaction at equity value of $4.7b to close in mid-2025. Spirit says it is also proposing to sell certain operations, including those in Belfast, Northern Ireland (non-Airbus operations), Prestwick, Scotland, and Subang, Malaysia and AIRBUS signed binding term sheet to acquire major activities related to its programs, including manufacture of A350 fuselage sections and A220 wings, mid-fuselage and pylons.
