Engine manufacturer Pratt & Whitney began a trial of its ‘Connected Factory’ concept in its Singapore MRO shop in Seletar Nov. 5. This marks the first time Pratt has brought a pilot project outside its manufacturing plant in Connecticut, and it is also a first in any Pratt MRO shop.
