FRANKFURT—Airbus delivered its first A320neo to launch operator Lufthansa, starting what will be a steep ramp-up in production of its new narrowbody model. Lufthansa accepted the aircraft approximately four weeks later than planned as a result of what all parties have described as documentation issues.
