Cimoli out as Alitalia chairman

Alitalia Chairman Giancarlo Cimoli has been replaced by Banca di Roma Chairman Berardino Libonati, the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance announced. It did not say whether Cimoli, who was appointed in 2004, also would be replaced as CEO. The decision comes ahead of the carrier's Feb. 22...
