Carlyle Group signs agreement to acquire Gemini Air Cargo
Carlyle Group signed an agreement to acquire Gemini Air Cargo in partnership with Gemini management and employees. Gemini is the largest aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance (ACMI) operator of DC-10-30 freighters. Customers include Swisscargo, Air France, Emery, FedEx, Asiana and China Eastern.
