Canadian Airlines Files A Preliminary Prospectus With The Alberta Secur. Comm.on
Canadian Airlines has filed a preliminary prospectus with the Alberta Securities Commission to offer US$175 million in debt in the U.S. The senior secured note offering will be managed by Lazard Freres&Co. and co- managed by BT Alex Brown.
