BWIA CEO Conrad Aleong said his carrier is engaged in "serious" alliance discussions with Continental and one or two other airlines.The carrier, which lost $15 million in the three years prior to Aleong's tenure, earned a $9 million profit in 1998 -- the first in BWIA's 58 years.
