Beechcraft King Air B200 VH-ZCR (ZCR) operated by Corporate & Leisure Aviation, was scheduled to take four charter passengers from Essendon Airport (YMEN), Victoria, Australia to King Island, Tasmania, on Feb. 21, 2017.
