On 10 October 2018, Rega successfully located a missing person on the Neisen peak (nearby Interlaken) at night with the aid of this multi-sensor search system. A highly sensitive infrared camera, optical sensors, a computer workstation in the cabin and a connected search light make it possible to perform searches from the air efficiently and over large areas – during the day and at night.
