Silver Lining Inflight Catering’s team is trained to create menus for any customer requests, 24 hrs. per day, seven days per week. Known originally as Luciano’s Catering under previous ownership, Twin Engine Catering has locations in Kahului and Kona on the island of Maui, Hawaii. The company prides itself on the personal bonds it has established with its customers, who sometimes request its catering services for dinners and special events.

In the coming months, Twin Engine Catering plans to add a QR code to its menu format to differentiate between the Maui and Kona locations. This will better enable the chefs at each location to feature their own specialties, as well as locally available products.

Rita’s Hospitality Group has provided food service to the private aviation market, as well as to corporate cafeterias and special events for more than three decades. The company says it is meeting an increasing demand for fresh, prepackaged meals, and greater variety to satisfy more diet preferences.
From its headquarters in Everett, Massachusetts, Rita’s Hospitality Group’s primary focus has been corporate aviation customers operating from Boston Logan International Airport and nearby Hanscom Field (BED) in Bedford, Massachusetts, with catering available at both locations 24 hours per day and seven days per week.

With locations in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, Air Gourmet serves a clientele that includes royalty, national leaders, CEOs and celebrities from the worlds of sports, entertainment, commerce and the arts. Through its sister company—Jetfinity—the company also serves the private aviation market in northern California. Its plans call for expanding to other areas of the U.S. this year.

Air Gourmet attributes its success to developing long-lasting relationships. Its services include assisting clients in their menu development and providing accouterments such as flowers to decorate the cabin. Cigars, videos, linen service, cabin supplies, gifts, personal shopping, newspapers and other special requests are also among the services offered.

A separate division of Air Gourmet called Gourmet Celebrations has provided full-service event catering for 20 years. All staff are trained to the same standards, as the three locations fall under the same Air Gourmet company umbrella.
