The International Flight Center (IFC), a Florida-based fixed base operator, is constructing an 84,000 ft² hangar complex at Miami Executive Airport (KTMB), expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024.

Each of the 28,000 ft² hangars will be equipped with 28-ft. doors, large enough to store aircraft as large as a Bombardier Global 7000. Additionally, the complex will include access to the FBO’s 550,000 ft² ramp. The complex will also include 18 offices, totaling 2,500 ft².

According to IFC, the hangar complex serves as the first half of a two-phase development plan, with the final phase culminating in the construction of a two-story FBO terminal to KTMB in the latter half of 2024.
