Beacon Air Group, an aviation services provider, announced the opening of its newest fixed-base operation (FBO) and private terminal at Billings Logan International Airport (KBIL) in Montana.

The new facility features a 9,000 ft.² terminal, 1,800 ft.² of office spaces and 36,000 ft.² of hangar space with room to accommodate business aircraft as large as a Gulfstream G600.

“We are honored to serve as the region’s new premier FBO option, connecting aviators with the beauty and bustle of southern Montana,” says Joel Simmons, Beacon Air Group’s owner. “Every aspect of Beacon Air Group was designed with our customers’ needs in mind, from the facilities that house our operation to the services we provide out of it.”

Located in Billings, Montana, the FBO offers access to the city’s business and medical corridor, in addition to other recreational venues, the company notes. The facility also offers amenities such as a pet-friendly passenger lobby, conference rooms, a business center, a 50-seat seminar room and food delivery services.

“Our aim is to always provide first-class service to the flying community by anticipating their needs and desires,” Simmons says. “Along with a first-class staff, we accomplish this by partnering with industry and regionally best service providers to offer a true full-service experience.”

According to Beacon Air Group, the FBO will operate as part of the Avfuel Contract Fuel Network to facilitate the company’s preferred payment method—the Avfuel Pro Card.
