August 2024 Fuel Prices
The average cost of a gallon of Jet-A fuel in August averaged $6.72, down 8 cents from July and down 23 cents from a year ago, according to a fuel survey of more than 200 U.S. fixed base operators by the Aviation Research Group. Prices include all taxes and fees. The Eastern and Western Pacific regions tied for the most expensive at $7.16 a gallon, while the Central region was least expensive at $6.03 per gallon.
