Hourly flown figures for the leading business aviation carriers –
extracted from Aviation Week’s Tracked Aircraft Utilization data – reveal that NetJets, Flexjet, Vistajet and FlyExclusive all experienced March-May 2024 utilization totals superior to the same period of 2023, as well as against 2019. Wheels Up saw a decline over the year-on-year period, with utilization 32% below March-May 2023 and 8% under its performance from the same period of 2019, the result of the company rescaling its operations.

Significantly larger in fleet size to the other featured operators, NetJets accumulated just over 175,000 hrs. during the period, having flown an average of more than 50,000 hrs. per month since August 2021. The leading business carrier had reached a record high of just over 60,000 hrs. in March and May 2024 alone.
