Dassault Aviation is commemorating 60 years of its Falcon family of business jets. On May 4, 1963, the first Falcon 20, originally known as the Mystere 20, took off on its first flight. Ten years later, FedEx launched with a fleet of 33 Falcon 20s with modified cargo doors. Now, Dassault is working on certifying two new jets--the Falcon 6X and 10X. The company has delivered more than 2,700 business jets to date.
