BERLIN—Airbus has officially delivered the first A321neo to launch operator Virgin America. The airline, now owned by Alaska Air Group, took over the aircraft at a ceremony in Hamburg. Airbus builds the A321neos there. The aircraft is powered by CFM Leap-1A engines, the second powerplant to be certified.
