Georgian aircraft manufacturer TAM and defense electronics company Elbit Systems Ltd., of Haifa, Israel, announced they have upgraded TAM's Su-25 "Scorpion" with an advanced avionics system, including a Weapon Delivery and Navigation System (WDNS).
