Boeing expects deliveries to fall as effects of the machinists union strike in the Seattle area begin to impact 737, 767 and 777 production and completions.
Boeing’s latest orderbook includes two deals for 30 aircraft announced at the Farnborough Airshow as well as the handover of 31 737 MAXs and six 787 widebodies.
As expected, Boeing had a quiet month of orders and deliveries in May with just four 787s ordered and 24 deliveries, 19 of which were 737 MAX aircraft.
