In September, the number of U.S. turbine-powered business aircraft meeting the FAA’s Jan. 1, 2020, mandate for ADS-B compliance totaled 83% of the fleet, up from 60% a year ago, according to FlightAware. Of 17,725 aircraft in the fleet, 14,684 are in compliance. The lowest compliance rates include the Learjet 35 at 63%, Citation 3 at 61%, Learjet 55 at 60% and Gulfstream 3 at 55%.
