Japanese carrier Peach is making a major move in the country’s burgeoning low-cost carrier (LCC) sector by building a hub operation at Tokyo Narita International Airport, taking on three other LCCs in their home base. Peach plans to launch daily flights from Narita to Sapporo and twice-daily service from Narita to Fukuoka on March 29.
