The German military is not accepting the latest delivery of two Airbus A400M aircraft because they do not meet contractual guarantees, the German Air Force said Nov. 13. The Luftwaffe did not specify the contractual issues, but did mention that inspections have revealed loose dowel bolts on the propellers of A400Ms already in service.
