Aircraft flying at Jackson Hole Aviation in Wyoming Sept. 3-4 flew on Avfuel’s sustainable aviation fuel. In all, Avfuel supplied 7,300 gal. of sustainable aviation fuel to the airport, which fueled 35 commercial and general aviation aircraft. The airport plans to have the fuel available onsite when it is readily available, it said. A supply of the fuel continues to be the most challenging hurdle of bringing it to market on a commercial scale.
