Virgin America, Alaska Pilots Agree On Talks Process

Alaska Airlines and Virgin America pilots are working with management on a process that could set the stage for a new collective bargaining agreement, the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) union said Dec. 16. Specifically, each pilot union’s master executive council voted in favor of adopting a so-called “Transition and Process Agreement,” or TPA. This will “define the process” for negotiating a new contract, ALPA said.
