Steve (BSc Hons, FIIC) is a journalist and communicator with more than 35 years' experience.

Steve is a specialist in science and hi-tech industries, including aerospace, computing, internet and telecommunications and has won the IoIC Communicators in Business awards of excellence for both printed and electronic communications. He was also a finalist in the 2002 Aerospace Journalist of the Year Awards.

Steve was also the originator and publisher of GetConnected.aero (sold in 2020), which focuses on inflight connectivity and is space & technology editor for both Arabian and African Aerospace magazines and Arabian Aerospace SHOW BUSINESS dailies.

Attracting global experts from across 30 countries, the event looked at the blossoming space industry in the Middle East and how satellites have an important role to play in terms of earth observation and communication.
