Stamford, Conn., based commercial aircraft lessor Aircastle has completed the sale of approximately 12.3 million common shares to Japanese trading and investment company Marubeni Corp.
US airlines reported a 79.4% on-time arrival rate in May, down from May 2012’s 83.4% on-time rate but improving on April 2013’s 77.3% posted rate, according to the US Dept. of Transportation (DOT) Air Travel Consumer Report.
