The Indian air force has granted initial operational clearance to the upgraded Sepecat Jaguar ground attack aircraft.

India’s Rustom-II UAV successfully completed its first flight on Nov. 16, “meeting all expectations,” a defense ministry official says.

India now plans to launch the so-called South Asian satellite next March.
