His writing has appeared in a wide range of aviation publications covering topics including airlines, aviation public policy, vertical flight, business aviation and future technology. Karp previously served as managing editor of Air Cargo World magazine and editor-in-chief of Aviation Daily. He began his journalism career in the mid-1990s working for syndicated columnist Jack Anderson.
