Austrian Airlines Introduces New Baggage Tracing Service
Austrian Airlines has introduced a service feature for baggage tracing, dubbed Worldtracer. Passengers receive a code word when they report a lost piece of baggage upon arrival. They can trace on the Internet if the airline has found the piece and where it is using the code.
