ARMS SALES QUESTIONS
I was both bemused and disturbed by Gerald Barrett's resentment over not having a "level playing field" for arms sales to China (AW&ST Dec. 13, 2004, p. 10). Was he trying to suggest the U.S. should have offered to sell F-15s to China? Or perhaps some MX missiles to go along with the nuclear warhead...
