AMETEK acquired Umeco R&O
AMETEK acquired Umeco R&O, which reported estimated 2007 sales of $58 million and operates from locations in the U.K and Toulouse, France. AMETEK hopes to expand its European MRO market with the $74 million acquisition, said Frank Hermance, chairman and CEO of AMETEK, in a statement.
