Fresno-based Allegiant Air has reached a two-year deal with Harrah's Hotel and Casinos to provide MD-87 charter flights to Reno from cities across the U.S. Flights will operate Thursday and Sunday, with arriving passengers staying as guests at Harrah's Reno, Harrah's Tahoe and Harvey's hotels.
