Yemen and Mauritania agree closer aviation ties

According to Yemen's News Agency, SABA, an agreement to develop closer links between Mauritania and Yemen has been signed in Nouakchott by the chairman of the board of directors of the Civil Aviation and Meteorology Authority (CAMA), Hamed Faraj, and Abu Bakr al-Sedik Ould Mohammed al-Hasan. the general manager of the Mauritanian National Agency of Civil Aviation (NACA).

The two nations signed an agreement-in-principle to regulate air transport, which is seen as a precursor to a bilateral air services agreement, which allows the immediate launch of operations between Yemenia and Mauritania Airlines International (L6).
