World's oldest DC-9-10 to retire

Fly SAX is retiring the world's oldest remaining DC-9-10 at the end of this month before it is transferred to the Finnish Aviation Museum, ch-aviation reports.

The twinjet is nearly 50 years old, and has been in service with Air Canada, Trans Texas Airways, Texas International, Southern Airways, Finnair, British Midland Airways, All Star Airlines, Midwest Airlines and East African/Fly540.
